Job Solution operates strictly as a third-party backend recruitment support service provider. Our role is limited to screening, verification, and coordination support, without involvement in final hiring authority or employment contracting.
Our services primarily focus on candidates within their own country of residence, supporting employers who prefer locally available or domestically sourced candidates. This helps ensure faster hiring, regulatory clarity, and reduced relocation or compliance risks.
What We Do Not Do
To maintain transparency and ethical boundaries, Job Solution clearly defines the following limitations:
- We do not issue job offers or appointment letters
- We do not negotiate salaries, benefits, or employment terms
- We do not provide visa, work permit, or immigration services
- We do not charge candidates any fees for employment or placement
Employment Responsibility
All employment-related decisions, agreements, and obligations rest solely between the employer and the candidate. This includes final selection, contract issuance, compensation terms, legal compliance, and onboarding responsibilities.
Job Solution’s involvement ends at the support and facilitation level, ensuring a clear separation of roles and responsibilities.
