Job Overview:

through inbound and outbound calls as well as chat support.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming CA queries and provide accurate and efficient resolutions.
Resolve queries through Inbound, Outbound & Chat process.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone to ensure customer satisfaction.
